I was thinking that since Eagle Pack and Wellness are both pet foods now produced under the name Wellpet, if Eagle Pack would also use Trouw as their premix supplier.  Huh

Natura has refused to answer about who they use. To me that means Trouw.

Gee, why does that not suprise me? I suppose there are quite a few companies that are refusing to answer.  Angry

They are hiding under the "proprietary" umbrella once again.

Personally, if you refuse to disclose that info, chances are you're using Trouw.

No matter who a pfc uses, my guess is that most all of it is MIC anyway.  Most of our vits are no longer made/manufactured here.  That also gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling (as in nauseous).  You know pf vits come from China so I have to pray a lot as I add those into every meal for the pooch. Huh

There are very few vitamins that come from the US unfortunately. We just have to be extra careful on who the manufacturer is.

I was told by a manager at a local health food store that Japan & Germany will not use any vitamins that are sourced from the USA or China. Not sure how true this is but it makes sense to me.

I spoke with a nutritionist at Fromm Pet Foods today as I had some questions about their kibble. He was very forthcoming with his answers and also stated that they do not use any products from Trouw. The info he supplied has reinforced my decision to continue to use their products.
