  This is a 24 hour emergency service that is staffed by licensed veterinarians called "The Animal Poison Control Center". Their services are not limited to just poisonings but any type of emergency. It requires a consultation fee of $60.00. But I believe follow up calls are free.  More info can be found at the ASPCA website.             http://www.aspca.org/pet-care/poison-control/
