OK. This is for extreme emergency only. Never to be used if you can get to a vet instead. I have a large deep chested breed dog and worry about this often. If I knew about stitching to the wall when I had her spayed I would have done it. It will be done in any new puppy I get when they are old enough if the risk is there.
