My Misty turned 7 today. She had a great day. A friend of mine made her a special doggie Birthday cake with banana's and carob chips. She was quite impressed.

You will laugh......The back of her t-shirt says "Its my birthday and I'll Bark if I want to"

This was a party of us four adults (I use that word lightly on this day" and the 2 dogs.

I also love her eyes. Its like you see inside. Very soulful.

And yes we were at a hotel room in Lake Tahoe. We made a real day of it

On a different note to keep you posted. Unfortunately Misty has come up with another Mast Cell tumor. This one is acting funny. Not sure it has formed a tumor yet but there are cells. It goes completely away for weeks and then comes back in the form of a "hive". We can't cut it out because its not visible even with ultrasound. We have to wait till pops up again. At that time we will inject Neoplasene and see what happens. I'm sure it will get rid of it. I'm hoping what I'm using now will keep it gone and it won't pop up again. I have her on loading dose Bio-preparation and after 65 months she can go to maintenance for life. I stopped it a few months ago after the other MCT was cured and I don't think I should of. That's when this popped up.

So that's the news for this month. Hopefully we will take care of it and have no more and she can get on with being healthy. Other than the MCT all bloodwork was perfect.

   Well I think that shirt is just too doggone cute!  On the other hand, I am very sorry to hear they she may have another tumor. You have been doing so well with her that I am sure this one will disappear also.

I've got my fingers crossed. It popped up again today. Its only been about 5 days back on the Bio-Preparation so only time will tell.

GG, the way you take such excellent care of your baby and the fact the treatment worked so well before, I'm sure it will go away.  Crossing everything for Misty and sending a few prayers your way, too!  Keep us posted.  And if you want to send any other pictures of the party in the hotel room, go right ahead!

So far no tumor. I believe the Bio-Preparation helped a bit we will see if it keeps it gone forever.
