Home cooked meal

Can anyone help me with the vit. and supplements I would need to make home cooked meals for a cat that no longer tolerates raw. I won't feed grains/veg., and he is sensitive to chicken of all kinds. Thank you so much!

Thanks, Bonkers. I was looking at continuing canned, but hubby mentioned the possibility of home cooked, so I thought I'd at least look into it
