Oh, what a pretty kitty!  It was worth the wait!  She sure looks nice and healthy, too.  What are you feeding her?  Her fur looks beautiful.

Hope you get over the sniffles soon, too!

Thanks Smiley Tequila's going to be 11 in February. She's been with me since she was about 6 months old. I went to visit a friend who plunked her in my arms and said, "hold this a minute." Obviously I can't tell time very well Wink

Right now Tequila is eating Wellness, although I'd much rather have her on a home cooked diet. That's what she ate for over a year and then all of a sudden decided it wasn't good enough for her, and stopped - and I do mean stopped - eating. She wouldn't eat anything I tried so I got her some canned and dry Wellness. I would have worked harder at getting her back onto something she would eat but this happened right after Lydia's surgery & diagnosis. Things were so tough with Lydia for that first month or so that I decided to stick with the Wellness for a while. So far, she's doing ok on it. She seems to feel good, she loves the food, and her coat is very soft & shiny. The bad thing is though, that she's gained weight since going off the home cooked. We're working on that though.

Therese, I have the two kittens on a small amount of Wellness grainless canned as the last meal of each day.  I think it's a good food even though it's commercial food and produced by Menu.  I had an hour long conversation with the Director of Quality Control at Wellness last Sept., and I must have asked her 100 questions.  She was very forthcoming and didn't hesitate in answering anything.  Along with having their own personnel on the lines at Menu, they do a lot of testing and nutritional analysis constantly.  They know what they're doing, and they don't scrimp or by pass on any procedure.

I still watch the food like a hawk however.  I look at every bit of it as it goes onto the plate as the final step in the QC process...

I like the 60 seconds comment, too!
