I got a small sample bag of this from the wonderful natural pet food store, and my cats are really loving it.  They have Blue Buffalo dry in a bowl downstairs, and Chicken Soup dry in the kitchen, and they seem to only be eating that now.  They react a bit like it is a treat, so I may go get another small bag and see if the love continues.

I wanted to try their dry food. But, got set on California Natural before getting a chance.

I was concerned at first about Diamond Foods' track record. But, Chicken Soup was the one brand of theirs not affected by last year's recall. So, that's good.

BTW, my cats really liked their canned food. You may want to try it, as well. It ends up being cheaper than Blue per ounce due to the larger can size.

The are sampling the Chicken Soup canned food this week. They're eating it okay, but it's no where near the reaction I got from the canned Merrick's.

They haven't eaten the Chicken Soup in a while. They really liked it at the time. But, who knows if they'd like it now. They LOVED Merrick Pot Pie at first, but won't eat it now. They're nuts.

(They seem to still really like the Merrick's Turducken, and to a lesser extent the Thanksgiving Dinner, though. )
