I fed Paw Lickin' Chicken for several months as the ingredients SHOULD have been ideal for my allergic kitty. Unfortunately, he developed non stop pure liquid diarrhea.

It's slowly getting better on Wellness dry. I THINK the problem was the thickener, which in some cans looks like big globs of fat.

Tried the Mideast Feast today and one liked it and the other just licked off the sauce.  Roll Eyes   I am going to try a couple of the other flavors and see how those work out. Seems like a decent food although I wish they had more of a variety in their protein sources other than just chicken and fish.                                                                            ETA:  I visited their website and they do have a beef variety called "Steak Frites". Unfortunately they do not stock that flavor at my local store.

Well, I tied the Asian Fusion flavor for my two somewhat normal kitties and both developed very bad diarrhea. I have since tried the Steak Frites flavor and have had no issues with it. Even my food allergy IBD kitty seems to tolerate this flavor well. It does have a lot of large pieces of potatoes in it, but I pick them out before I feed it to them.  Roll Eyes

Weruva has a new line of canned cat foods called B.F.F. Best Feline Friend.
I was curious as to whether anyone has had any experiences with it that they could share.

Bonkers, I found these foods in a local pet store and read the ingredients on each and every can.  They all contain fish of some sort and I have 2 kitties that are highly allergic to fish.  These foods would not work in our household.

What is it with these companies?  I've seen cats hunt and catch mice and birds.  I have never seen a kitty down by the dock with a fishing pole................ Wink

  I hear ya ct.

I too stay away from any canned foods that contain fish. And of course my Jasper is allergic to it so it is definitely a BIG no no for him.
