HAS EVERYONE HAD ENOUGH ????

I know what you mean! It's insane that so many people think everyone else 'out there' is just going to take care of them!

I think I'm having an even harder time with this because my own pet sitting clients (with an exception of a very few), who to me represent a sample of the bigger world of pet guardians, are so blase' about this whole thing, that when I start to think about the pet-owning world as a whole being just as blase' I feel like I might throw up.

A younger guy I work with, a dog owner, over heard me preaching and ranting about the recall today. He said to me, and I quote, "Oh yeah, what food got recalled anyway?"
I cannot figure out why anyone is still waiting to find out.

I think it's like Taz said earlier; that everyone wants things to be easy, so they don't have to do any real work over this. I also think some people like to believe that 'other' people will take care of all the problems for them.

Agree, And Pets should rule! Does anyone happen to have that poem I often see at Vet's offices, about the spirit and importance of animals?
