Here's a really good video on understanding the different types of kidney disease, by Dr. Dennis Chew, The Ohio State University.  Very good photos and graphs to explain the various stages and progression of the disease and the treatments.

FANTASTIC!!!!  This is  GREAT find, Perseus!  Thanks!  I'm sure lots of us can get edumacated on kitty renal insufficiency with this video!

Thank you so much for this great find Perseus!!

I have a friend with a kitty newly diagnosed with CRF and have directed her to this site.  She says to says thank you too...........She reads as a guest.

I'd like to get her to join these wonderful forums.................... Wink

meatball, you're very welcome.  I've had so many cats with renal disease over the years I'm always on the look out for more information to share.  I hope your friend joins us, too, on these wonderful forums.  If she can post what she's doing to manage the disease in her kitty, I'm sure we can send her additional links and info to help out.  I hope she's not afraid to join us here because of threats from mods on other forums, we all know how that goes.
