Great topic Taz!!!

I'm living in Toronto....so if anyone knows of any marches planned in Toronto....I'd love to know about it!...Thanks!

Also....a bit off topic herebut....for those of you who have dogs who love to root around outside when on walks etc....be ever vigilent during this recall!!

Last year, in Toronto (some of you may know about it allready) we had to have one of our Parks closed because someone was placing out poison-laced hot-dogs and dogs were getting really sick from it.

Unfortunately, we have a population of people out there that does not value animals as much as we do and therefore may use this time to place poison-laced foodstuffs on the grounds thinking that we'd just blame it all on the recalls.

I don't mean to cause a scare or anything, as I have 2 Shelties who try and pick things up off the ground constantly (and they're far from starved!!!)....but, this is one type of poisoning that we DO have control over....we just have to be vigilent and keep an eye on where their cute little noses are taking them!!!

My deepest sympathies go out to all who have lost their loved ones and to all who are nursing their sick ones back to health......love to you all!!!
