Help! Very finicky kitty needs new food.

My little girl, Lola, who will be 9 in April needs a new food. She is extremely finicky and also has sensitivities that I need to account for. She has been eating canned Iams Chicken, & Turkey/Giblets because this is the only food to work for her that she will eat. Well, thank you Iams, they changed their recipe and I have no choice but to change her food. She is allergic to corn, so cannot have that. She cannot have dry because she dehydrates easily, and she will not eat beef, lamb, rabbit, fish or any other exotic meat. Just chicken or turkey. So I have about 1 month of Iams left and need to switch her over to something else. I have tried Felidae, she refuses to eat it. Natural Balance, refuses. Instinct, not too happy. Pretty much, she doesn't want a new food and if she smells something new, she refuses it. So what is a good chicken based food that cats like? And what is the best way to switch her?

Hi. Have you found anything yet? There used to be alot of cat owners here ready with advice, I'm sorry though I have none because I own dogs. Is the homemade option off of the tabel. Many folks here were only trusting of their homemade recipees last year. Good luck.
