I've been feeding Beechnut Stage 1 meat only, & am transitioning him to a custom raw recipe from a local "pet food bakery" called Natural Pet Pantry. So far, it looks like this new raw food may work. He is going through some allergy issues, but they appeared before the new raw experiment.

I previously tried another raw food called Rad Cat, but something in there didn't agree with him. I now believe he's allergic to eggs on top of everything else!

Not sure who this has been worse for, his body or my brain!

BRIEFLY tried Cal Nat Chicken & Rice again about 3 weeks ago at my vet's request. Kitty got sick within 18 hours. Others are reporting bloody stools (I didn't see that) & vomiting.

Yikes! Good to know! I think I'll stay away from Innova for our new puppy, as well.

Each pet whether it be a cat or a dog will react differently to any given food. Unfortunately Geffs kitty seems to have had many issues with various foods or ingredients that are found in many foods. I have fed CN to my cats in the past but now I am feeding grain free which I believe has helped them immensely.
