Hi,
There are choices that appear to be safe for your puppy. Among them are:
Wysong Growth - a kibble that I have always fed my new puppies with great success. You can add a little baby meat and cottage cheese, yogurt, some cooked carrots, squash, beans to it. I also feed a scrambled egg once a week or so.
Kumpi has a kibble puppy food that you can feel safe with and do the same as above.
Flint River makes a good puppy food as does California Natural. There are others. Go to Petsit USA's food lists and check out some of the websites for these and other companies.
If you want something different try The Honest Kitchen. I use it along with Kumpi for my dogs. I am avoiding all canned food for now but that is up to you. Good luck with your new puppy and just be careful that you feed the best food possible.
