I'm trying to log on to the front page to Itchmo.com and it won't come up. Is anyone else having that problem. Maybe they are updating their site or something?

Kim, I've tried quite a few times today myself and it won't come up. The forums are there: www.itchmoforums.com but I don't see any message saying anything about why the site is down.

I just got on itchmo with no problem. Either they're back, or it also could be an internet issue (I'm in the same state as Itchmo).

Itchmo is having a really long "down time" this time.  No one could gain access yet.

Itchmo is still down, as are most of the web sites served by the common host.  They have been working to get the server up but are apparently still encountering problems.

If you need to access information from Itcho posts during Itchmo down-times, you can read specific threads by using Google search engine.  Just type the specific Itchmo topic and you will be several hits.  Click "Cache" pages and then click "Text Only" and you will be given the Itchmo page you're looking for in a text-only format.  But the information will be there.

This is the longest out that I know of. Just gonna have to wait and see. I can't say my heart is breaking though. Too much drama not enough facts.

jadakei......

Itchmo forums has been out for awhile now and the owners are doing their darndest to rectify the problems.
I have it on good authority that it is a major server problem and NOT the demise of the forums.

Welcome to the PFL jadakei.
The folks here and at Itchmo are wonderful, caring, knowledgeable, able to research and willing to share fantastic information.
jadakei, make sure too that you check the Pet Food List for important information.  The link is right at the top of the forum pages

The common goal among all of us is to provide our fur kids with the very best we can.

Is the server located in the area that was hit with that major ice storm on the 26th of January? That was the same day that Itchmo went down. Many are still without power in that area.

According to their IP address their server is located in Florida. Even if Itchmo should come back up most likely much, if not all, of the information has been lost. Even the cached pages are no longer viewable.
