Let 'em eat Cake
 
2 cups water
1/4 cup mashed banana
1 1/8 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 tbsp honey
3 cups whole-wheat flour
1 1/4 cups dried bananas
1/2 Tbsp baking powder
1 cup carob chips
8 oz fat-free cream cheese
 
In a bowl, mix together the water, banana, 1/8 tsp vanilla, egg and honey.  In another bowl, stir together the flour, 1 cup dried bananas and baking powder.  Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.  Stir in half of the carob chips.
 
Pour into a greased, 8 inch springform pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.  Cool, then remove sides of pan.
 
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and 1 teaspoon vanilla.  Spread over cooled cake.  Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup carob chips and 1/4 cup dried bananas.  Cut into wedges.  Makes 8 to 12 pawty servings.

Thanks for posting this, GG, but this isn't a doggie cake!  This is a peoples cake!  I bet my husband would eat it with no problem, hahahaha!

I know it sounds good but trust me it does not taste good at all.......... Wink Yes I tried it.
