Inconsistencies in TWO dry food

My experience with TWO has been mixed.

I was attracted to the Wild & Natural and Ocean Blue recipes because I was looking for a grain-free diet for my dog. He's about two years post-surgery for mast cell tumor removal, and the tumor is back...trying a grain-free diet seemed like a good idea. My dog has been eating it for almost a year now and he looks great, has a lot of energy (he's almost 10), and his eyes are no longer as runny. I get a lot of compliments on his coat. But...

I got the free sample pack and the Wild & Natural kibble size was tiny--seemed great for my toy-sized senior dog. When I opened the actual bag of food, the kibble size was totally different! And in another bag, there was an x-shaped kibble that clearly did NOT belong there. Looked like cat food. I have bought two bags of Wild & Natural directly from the manufacturer and neither one had the small kibble size, but today I found a local store that sells TWO, and their Wild & Natural is the small kibble! I am totally confused. The store owner said he had only been carrying  TWO for about a month and there had been other inconsistencies. He suggested switching to EVO, which I had planned to do anyways. Maybe if TWO can get better control over the manufacturing I will switch back. But I do also find it a little creepy that they call it "Organics" when none of the ingredients in most of the recipes are organic.
