Hello
I was wondering, I know that Vitamin K1 is found in green vegetables, it is not the same as vitamin k3 but I was wondering if anyone thought this was bad.  Innova analysis state that they use 928 IU/kg of vitamin K1.

K1 is the natural form of Vit K.

K3 is that synthetic Menadione you may have read about.
