Does anyone have any experience with Halo pet foods?  If so, please share.  JJ posted on another forum that this brand was recalled.  I think that is inacurrate.  Questions, Comments are welcome.

Can you give more info on this?  On what forum did someone post it's recalled? I haven't seen anything suggesting it's been recalled.  My cats love the freeze dried treats (chicken).  What product from Halo was this person refering to?
thanks

lanie - none of Halo's products were recalled.  Go to Other Pet Products, then Pet Treats and then Whole Life & Halo to read the thread on this issue.

Halo has NOT had any recalls. Please see The Pet Food List for updated information on them. I just added new information (from the company) about their foods today (5/09/07)

I had used the canned Spots Stew for cats a few years ago after my Jasper delveloped his food allergies. He did well on it for awhile but then I switched him to raw. I actually found the recipes for both the cat and dog formula on the web and thought I would post it here for those who might like to try making some stew for their pets.  http://www.petfoodindustry.com/ViewNews.aspx?id=23278
