I heard that Canidae may have been bought out by Diamond.  This may explain their recent formula changes.

Diamond has not bought out Canidae, however Canidae is now outsourcing manufacturing to Diamond, so Canidae is now being manufactured in Diamond's facilities.

Canidae has also recently changed their ingredients and there have been a lot of complaints of vomiting and diarrhea from the new formula.

   I wonder if there have been any changes and/or problems with the Felidae. Anyone have any info on this?
