I notice that some Triumph cat food varieties are included in the latest Menu recall. I guess that answers the question of who makes their canned foods. (Therese couldn't get a straight answer out of them, according to THE LIST. Well, Therese, now you know!!!)
The thing that pisses me off is that if you go to the Triumph website, it denies any of their foods are involved in the recall! It may be true that none of the tainted products were added to the food as part of the recipe. But, this recall is due to cross-contamination. And, to deny there is anything wrong, when Menu clearly states there is, is absolute bullsh**!!!
http://www.triumphpet.com/FYI, Triumph also owns the Evolve and Hi-Tor brands, as well. I would avoid all three based on the misinformation on their websites. (as well as the fact that Therese couldn't get any info from them.)
Therese- You have this brand listed incorrectly on The List. You have Evolve listed as the parent. Triumph is the parent company, and Triumph, Evolve, and Hi-Tor are all brands of Triumph.
http://www.triumphpet.com/triumph-home.htmlYou may want to correct that, and add the the fact that some varieties are on Menu's new recall list, as well as the fact that Triumph is lying on their home page.
