Ok, nuff of that

I would like to ask Therese (and a lot of you too) to place some icon on some page so we can donate to her efforts, time and bandwidth.  Gathering this information isn't getting her any $$$ and her time has now gone into overtime as this enters well past month two.

Any other comments to this effect??

What a GREAT idea!!!!!......The sheer wealth of info she has gathered has, I'm sure, saved lives of innocent fur-babies!!

It's also a great place for those who are suffering the loss or sickness of their pets, to come and be heard, supplying us with invaluable information....but to also find comfort from a Communtity that supports them........The Pet Parents and Animal Lovers of the World!...........

She could set up a PyPal account specifically for The Pet Food List, and we can donate via PayPal. It would help if we put our forum user name in the special notes section of the payment.

Many forums I belong to have special priviledges for contributing members. The first would be a special status notation like "Supporter" instead of "member" or "newbie" or whatever it says now.

Another perk is to have special private forums open only to contributing members.

Other perks are discounts from sponsors. Perhaps Kumpi or Back to Basics, since they post here, would like to offer a 10% discount to contributing members, or free shipping.

Maybe Pet Food Express can offer a 10% discount. (That would help those of us in Northern California.  ) Maybe a discount on Pet Sitting from PetSitUSA members! (I sure could use that!)

Maybe people could donate pet-related goods, and Therese can have a raffle for contributing supporters.

I am glad to see this subject initiated. Therese deserves some more help and appreciation. I love all of the above ideas. And, Garypen, you belong to several other forums? You are amazing! This one keeps me busy as heck and you post more than anyone! (One reason is I type so slowly!)  Thanks, everyone!!

Where have you added a button? I'm not too savvy with this stuff...and I'm probably not looking in the right place........but where do I find this button and what do I do IF I find it?......Sorry for being a pest!!!...
