TinaB,
Don't be too disappointed that this food didn't work out for you. I bought some of the pouch food at PetsMart a few months ago. I have never been turned off by the smell of canned cat foods before, but this stuff was gosh-awful. It didn't even smell like cat food -- or like meat to me. It was just awful. I highly doubt that your cat(s) would have liked it anyway!

I recently put some of my cats on the Pinnacle Peak Protein Dry Cat Food. My cats like it very much and are doing well on it. Frustratingly, there seems to be cons to every commercial pet food out there if you look hard and long enough (!), but on the surface I'm pretty pleased with this one. What caught my attention the most were the probiotics and digestive enzymes included in the ingredients. I really believe in the benefits of these two additives, both for pets and humans, due to firsthand experience!
