Hi Sharon, I have had Missy on this food since she was 9 months old. she is 3 years old now. I use the Eagle Pack Hollistic chicken in the can. I have not had any problems with it but Itchmo pet news posted that some dogs got sick on the Eagle Pack Senior Dry but I am not sure if it was the hollistic or not. Eagle Pack never admitted to their being a problme but it makes me un-easy. The owner of the specialty pet store in michigan where I shop told me this. She really picks the sales reps brains when they come in and keeps her ear to the ground. she said that she has not heard anything on Eagle Pack but the company has been bought out by the Elmer glue company. They have never been in the dog food business before. So she thinks what may happen is the regular Eagle Pack may or may not start showing up in the grocery store. Terry likes Breeders choice Inova. she said that's today and keeps in touch with them because her dogs eat it. I am thinking of www.honestkitchen.com they make freeze dried food. I can get the fruits, veggies and supplements and cook my own meat. They also have it with the meat. I cook for her anyway and she eats, Amish chicken, rice, sweet potatoe and apples with her food. I use alaskian salmon and Lauras ground beef. if I hear anything I will post sincerely, Denise
