Country Pet Natural Dog & Cat Food, it is frozen from new zealand sold at whole foods, slightly cooked?  Pasturized...is it good, bad, ugly???

Trying to find complete nutrition in canned/wet food.  Have been cooking incomplete home diet, haven't figured amount of calcium powder to add and want to buy a food not made at menu until I can buy a grinder and do more research.  cCats 6 on homemade now since Nat. Balance recall.  Have to have surgery and think two long not balanced.  I add Thorne Pharmaceutical Feline Basic nutrients vitamine usually 1 day with their methonini and glucosamine in baby food to suppliment t hem once a day but fear not enough taurine.  I also ad a powder calcium and no idea just sprinkle on.  Too dangerous not to get right. So how is country pet if I add 100 mg of taurine a day and cook it a little is it complete?  I also give fish oil 5 times a week with the vitamin.  sometimes give them 2 vitamins each some days none...flying blind here....
want something to rely on while I learn...thanks.
