1  Dry and Wet Foods / Specific Brands of Dry or Wet Foods / Re: Harmony Farms canned on: August 14, 2007, 10:55:47 AM
Ok I don't know why this is not appearing as a brand but anyway in case anyone is interested, they returned my call today.

They are just putting out the new food now, she couldn't tell me who the manufacturer was (except that it is not themselves) that person was out today.  They are going to be redoing their website to add the wet food and I asked if they would be listing the manufacturer she didn't know but said it would a question to ask their lawyers.

At that point I said thanks I would not be purchasing their food without information on the manufacturer.

More blah blah blah

Does anyone have any information about this brand?  IT is a division of Blue Buffalo and all their canned cat food was recalled.  At the time I remember seeing on their website that they would not make any more can food until they found a new supplier or made their own.  Now they just don't mention canned cat food at all on their site.  I was very surprised to see cans of this appear on my supermarket shelf.  I tried calling their phone number but they are busy and leave a message and someone will get back to you. That never seems to work for me so has anyone had any experiece with this brand?
TIA

Yeah that's why they sent me a couple of free cans of the organix to make up for me feeding my last live cat Menu Foods poisen.

I lost my other two cats in February and March, not to the bad food or at least not to the recalled food.  Not exactely the same thing since I feel sure there is bad food not recalled.

Thanks for replying

I was just wondering if your cats like this food.  It's not manufactured by Menu Foods? I had received a couple of cans and a bag of dry from Castor & Pollux after the recall and yesterday I opened a can of Turkey, my cat only ate a little bit of it but she can be fussy.

She also has allergies, asthma and is hyperthryoid.  Knock wood that the thryoid was in the normal range on her last bloodtest.
