They told me over the phone 2 wks ago when I threatened to stop using it. I'm making homemade instead. Just make sure you add bonemeal & salmon oil & a good Usa made vitamin.

I just got test results back for Pur 1 sens systems dry dog. It had white crystals on the food & loose in the bag. It is vitamin e. Apparently spilled on it during processing.It is usually clear but exposure to high temps turns it white. Looked like sea salt. Lab [Accutrace] & vet said don't use it ! Says something about quality control at Purina ! They did respond well. Sent me a prepaid mailer for a sample & a free coupon[which I will obviously never use. They did send me a refund for the new holistic dry that it contaminated; but only after I said I was having private testing done.

I called Evangers also & a real person answered! She said all ingredients are from the usa. Raised,grown,processed & distrubed. They have their own production facility. I am going to try the dry. I am still making all wet food & treats at home.
